Habanero Salsa Recipe #1
Ingredients:
- 4 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes
- 6 regular size Fred Meyer orange habanero peppers OR 12 small size Erik May orange habanero peppers
- 6 jalapeno peppers
- 6 red chili peppers
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 white onions
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- ground black pepper to taste
- sea salt to taste
- oragano to taste
Directions:
- Chop all peppers and onions
- Mix all ingredients together in large pot
- Cook on Med-High
- Bring pot to boil, stirring constantly
- Lower heat to a simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring constantly
- When the veggies are soft, pour into jars
